More than four decades after “The Dukes of Hazzard” ended, its stars have taken strikingly different paths through entertainment, family life, politics and loss.
Some found new success on Broadway, in music and on daytime TV. Others faced legal trouble or personal tragedy, while friendships formed on the show lasted for decades.

“The Dukes of Hazzard” premiered in 1979, following cousins Bo and Luke Duke as they raced around fictional Hazzard County in the General Lee and clashed with corrupt local authorities. John Schneider and Tom Wopat played Bo and Luke, Catherine Bach starred as Daisy Duke, and Denver Pyle portrayed Uncle Jesse.
